Description
Flax seeds top your salads and smoothies. Flax is even healthier in its microgreen version. Flax microgreens are also one of the easiest to germinate and grow. The sharp flavors pair really well with otherwise bland foods. The high fiber content of flax is ideal for improving digestion and helping in reducing cholesterol. Try our Non-GMO Flax Seeds.
