Sunflower is home to lovely plants and gives us food and oil. Because sunflowers are high in protein, magnesium, and vitamin E, they have also been shown to lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. Now you can have bright yellow blooms in your yard that give ours the appearance of a poster.


  • Soak the sunflower seeds in water for 12 to 24 hours.
  • Take a seedling tray and add cocopeat on it.
  • Make two holes, each ½ inch deep, and plant two seeds in each.
  • After adding Cocopeat to the hole, use a spray bottle or pistol to mist it with water.
  • On the side that is sprouting, sow the seeds vertically.
  • Don’t let the soil get too damp.
  • Seeds need seven to ten days to germinate.
  • Direct sunshine is required.
